Dear Honorable Attorney General Barr,

We are requesting a formal review of the entire Eric Garner case and a comprehensive look at all the evidence by a trusted and certified third party on how the U.S. Attorney's Office - Eastern District of New York of the and the Department of Justice arrived at your decision. This review should be conducted over the next 90 days.

We morally condemn your decision. Our moral outrage is beyond measure. How can we believe anymore in the goodness our civil society and law? Your decision insults the moral fiber of our souls and the rationale of our hearts since we have been in and help built this country over the past 400 years as proud African Americans.

We will never believe that the law is color-blinded nor in its fidelity ever again. We plan to preach to our members that the law and its application is unfair to all black people and that it is only just for white people. The Eric Garner case is just the most egregious example of this. The history of case law is littered with an example of how the United States Government downright refuses to prosecute white male crimes against humanity in civil and criminal cases.

We the undersigned are writing to express that we have lost all hope in the rule of law and law enforcement in light of your department refusal to bring the federal civil right charges against Daniel Pantaleo who murdered Eric Garner on videotape while his black female supervisor Kizzy Adonis watched and we believe that the Justice Department was in the business to lock- up murders.

Are you willing to come to one of our churches at 11 am on Sunday morning and explain your decision so we can understand the moral rationale of this evil?

The Obama administration believed that over time the black community will forget the tragic details of this case and you will give a pass to a white man who brutally took the life of a proud black man by choking him to death. However, we will never forget nor forgive Daniel Pantaleo, Kizzy Adonis nor your department until we receive a direct revelation from God himself.

In this case, you had two black US Attorney Generals, a black president who was so afraid of white peoples reaction and law enforcement that decided to practice judicial restraints in the face of evil. Martin Luther King said "justice delayed is justice denied" It took five years to make a decision on this case- how morally outrageous. President Obama, Eric Holder, Lynette Lynch refused to defend the dignity of there own people by applying the law in such a way to nullify its powerful effects in the Emmett Till case that day. They actively participated in the miscarriage of justice in a morally bankrupt system that we call the rule of law. How shameful!!

After the release of the Mueller report to congress, 1,000 mostly white former US prosecutors signed a letter that said President Trump should be charged with obstruction of Justice for the 10 actions cited in the Mueller report. They signed the letter based on their notion of the fidelity of the law and that no one is above the law despite political or race. We ask you, sir, where are those same 1,000 white former US prosecutors who saw the videotape of Eric Garner being murdered to speak out to the fidelity of the law? This is a classic case of white legal hypocrisy.

Our 150,000 churches, our unborn and our ancestors from their graves cry out for justice and peace for black people. This is why we believe in God and not the rule of law.

Therefore, 1) we are requesting an audience with you Attorney General Barr or your designee with the leadership with the Black church to explain the decision and explore remedies to prevent this from ever happening again. 2) We support the creation of a fund to be given to community group connected to the black church to build bridges between the church and law enforcement. 3) A commission to evaluate the effectiveness of federal civil rights laws with an eye toward revamping laws and offering recommendations to congress to upgrade laws and 4) a pledge that every police shooting that reaches this level of national attention will be investigated fully and where possible with civilian involvement.

May Almighty God Have Mercy on this corrupt system of laws?
